Effective date: September 11, 2026. A project proposal, statement of work, invoice, or signed agreement may include additional terms specific to a client engagement.

1. Website use

By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its operation, security, content, or other users. Website information is provided for general business and service information and may be updated without notice.

2. Services and project scope

27techlab provides services that may include website design and development, WordPress/WooCommerce implementation, payment integration support, and related digital work. The exact deliverables, timeline, revision limits, dependencies, and fees should be defined in the applicable proposal or written project scope.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for supplying accurate content, brand assets, account access, approvals, legal disclosures, and other materials reasonably required to complete the project. Delays in receiving required information may affect delivery dates.

4. Fees and payment

Fees are due according to the applicable quotation, invoice, or project agreement. Unless included in writing, third-party costs such as hosting, domains, plugins, payment-provider fees, and subscriptions are separate from development fees.

5. Payment provider and platform decisions

Third-party payment gateways, banks, ecommerce platforms, hosting companies, plugins, and software providers maintain their own eligibility, onboarding, technical, risk, and compliance requirements. 27techlab does not guarantee approval, uninterrupted availability, settlement timing, transaction acceptance, or policy decisions by those third parties.

6. Intellectual property

Clients retain ownership of content and materials they provide and represent that they have the right to use them. Ownership or licensing of custom deliverables will be governed by the applicable project agreement and payment status. Third-party software, fonts, plugins, stock assets, or services remain subject to their own licenses.

7. Acceptable use

Clients may not use 27techlab services to facilitate unlawful activity, fraud, infringement, malware, unauthorized access, deceptive conduct, or content that violates applicable law or third-party platform rules.

8. Revisions and changes

Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees or a revised timeline. Significant changes to approved designs, content, integrations, or functionality may be treated as additional work.

9. Warranties and limitation

We aim to deliver professional services with reasonable care. Except where law requires otherwise, website information and services are provided without guarantees of specific business results, rankings, revenue, transaction approval, or uninterrupted third-party service. Liability limitations may be further defined in project-specific agreements.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project according to the applicable written agreement. Fees for work already performed and non-recoverable costs remain payable, subject to the Refund Policy and applicable law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions when our services, legal requirements, or website operations change. Continued use of the site after publication of revised terms constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
